At McDonald’s Golden Arches Unlimited, we want you to love your fresh fashion as much as a World Famous Fry. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping package or a sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
